Welcome to Onesim and our Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the onesim.co website (the "Service"). For purposes of these Terms, "Customer", "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all individual visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. You acknowledge that these Terms, along with Onesim's Privacy Policy, govern your access and use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
We may modify the Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. If you continue to use the Service after such a change, you are indicating that you agree to the modified Terms. We may also change or discontinue all or any part of the Service, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.
Onesim resells prepaid eSIM plans, a mobile network service in forms of a digital product, to travelers who plan to visit any of the countries that we cover.
Onesim eSIM is only available on unlocked devices with eSIM capability running a certain version of the operating System. Device compatibility may depend on the Customer's domestic carrier, the device model and the device manufacturing country. The Customer must check the full list of eSIM compatible devices and OS versions that is provided at the product's description, checkout form and our support page. We shall not bear any responsibility in relation to the use of incompatible devices.
In order to use Onesim eSIM, it is required to set up the correct Access Point Name (APN) and turn on the data roaming. We will not accept any liability for your failure to configure those settings.
We will try to make sure that the Service is available to You wherever possible; however, both availability and quality of the Service may be affected by things we cannot control such as physical obstructions, atmospheric conditions and outages on the Mobile Network. Also, please note that the network operator in the country of use will be responsible for network coverage, quality and availability. We will endeavor to keep such disruption to a minimum, but this may not always be within our control.
The Customer agrees to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and to be responsible for all use of the Service.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purpose, including, for example, using the Service in a way that (1) interferes with our ability to provide Service to You or other customers; (2) abuses any bonus or promotional program; or (3) avoids your obligation to pay for the Service. You will not use the Service in a way that compromises network security or capacity, excessively and disproportionately contributes to network congestion, adversely impacts network service levels or legitimate data flows, degrades network performance, causes harm to the network or other customers.
When the Customer is in breach of the above obligations, We may suspend the Customer's use of the Service. During any period of suspension, the Customer is liable and shall pay all charges due under these Terms and Conditions in respect of the suspended Service.
If you are below the age of consent under applicable law in the country in which you reside, then your parent or legal guardian must read and accept this Agreement in your name and on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under age 18, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change our eligibility criteria at any time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
When you make any payment on the Service, you expressly authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge you. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment methods that you provide to us.
In the event that you fail to pay the full amount owed to us, we may limit your access to the Services, in addition to any other rights or remedies we may have.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty before your eSIM QR Code has been delivered. After the eSIM QR code has been delivered, you cannot cancel your order and can only be refunded if the eSIM cannot be or has not been activated due to a technical problem originating from Onesim.
The Service contract between Onesim and the Customer shall start upon order at Onesim website.
The contract ends as soon as the Customer receives the purchased eSIM. Activation of the eSIM is under the responsibility of the Customer.

All intellectual property rights subsisting in respect of the Service belong to Onesim or have been licensed to Onesim for use on the Service. The Service and the Content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights as collective works and/or compilations, pursuant to applicable copyright laws, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services or resources ("Third-Party Services") that are subject to different terms and privacy practices. Onesim is not responsible or liable for any aspect of such Third-Party Services and links to such Third-Party Services are not an endorsement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan. If a dispute or disagreement cannot be settled through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or some other means, a dispute or disagreement may be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Almaty City Court, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
